It's a great time to join us as a Sales Advisor Consultant in our Bristol-based contact centre team. The role involves working in partnership with the field-based sales team to increase the revenue generated in your designated territory. You will gain leads for prospective customers and manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring they remain happy with the service they receive.


You will manage the complete customer lifecycle: from first point of contact and sale through to installation, query resolution, billing and retention. You will be working to a sales target which you'll achieve by up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers; generating new customers from leads; and maximising customer retention.


We're looking for you to have a proven track record in delivering to sales targets, ideally in a business to business environment, but what's really important to us is that you are passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience on each and every call. This role is contact centre based, blended inbound and outbound, with some e-mail and letter writing.


As with any sales target-driven role, you'll need to be self-motivated and able to adapt your style and approach to the needs of your customers. Account management skills are also key to success as you'll not only be chasing deals, but building long term relationships with customers to ensure we deliver on all our promises. Organisational skills and a proactive approach will also help you to manage your busy, varied day.
